Marram › All-day menu
Breakfast until 11:30, lunch until two, and coffee from six every morning of the week.
Nothing here needs explaining and none of it takes long. The list moves a little each month as the growers change what they send us, so if something is missing it is because it stopped being good.
Until 11:30, then the lunch list takes over
Two thick slices from the bakery on Lomond Street.
On charred sourdough. The one people come back for.
Poached, fried or scrambled, on sourdough or gluten-free rye.
Eggs, bacon, roast tomato, mushrooms, greens and toast.
Soaked overnight, finished with toasted seeds.
Broccolini, avocado, poached egg, dukkah, lemon.
Until the kitchen closes at 2
Milk bun, slaw, house pickle, garlic mayo.
Whatever came in that morning, with greens and lemon.
Roasted hard, tahini, pomegranate, herbs.
Grilled onion, rocket, horseradish cream, chips.
Cooked twice. Salted properly.
House blend, roasted a suburb away.
Oat, soy and almond at no extra charge.
Changes fortnightly. Ask what is on.
Six of them, in a pot for one or two.
Made that morning, never the day before.
Most of this menu can be made gluten free or dairy free and the kitchen would rather know when you book than be told at the pass. Tell us and we will plan for it.
