AutoSocials ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website (autosocials.com.au) and our AI powered social media service ("Service").

Information you provide: When you complete the free trial form or sign up for the Service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business description, social media account details, brand information, and visual preferences.
Platform data: When you connect your social media accounts, we access the information necessary to publish content on your behalf. This includes page names, account identifiers, and publishing permissions.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the portal, including pages visited, features used, and time spent. This helps us improve the Service.
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and StatCounter to understand website traffic and user behaviour. These tools may collect anonymised data about your visit including pages viewed, time on site, and referral source.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide the Service, including creating and publishing social media content on your behalf, building your brand profile, providing portal access, communicating with you about your account, improving our AI content generation systems, and sending marketing communications (only with your consent).
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure (R2 storage and KV namespaces). We use industry standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement appropriate access controls.
Brand profiles, content records, and account data are stored in Australia via Cloudflare's global network. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Third Party Services
We use the following third party services to operate AutoSocials: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI content generation), Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WordPress (content publishing), Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and StatCounter (analytics).
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics purposes. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the Service through the portal.
6. Your Rights
Under Australian Privacy law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
7. Data Retention
While you are an active customer, we retain all data necessary to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your brand profile and content records for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, we will delete your data unless required to retain it by law.
Analytics data is retained according to the policies of each analytics provider.
8. Children
AutoSocials is a business service and is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the portal. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
